the bachelorette.

Okay, so I realize that I haven't written in a while and that it is odd for the first time back to be about this, but I can't resist.
Last night ABC kicked off the new season of the Bachelorette. Honestly, I haven't watched this one, or even The Bachelor, in a number of seasons. And now I know why. It is so lame. Some people are really obnoxious. Really. And yet here I am, already, being sucked into it. I'm undoubtedly going to keep watching the season, and be ultimately frustrated by her choices, and the fact that one really lame guy will end up making it through to near the end. It's just what happens. Sheesh.
So anyway, outside of that TV pondering, life isn't too bad. I am currently unemployed, I had my last day with Zoey last week. So along with that I am beginning my new job search. A real job search. While I'm nervous about it, I feel like the timing to this point has been right, and I really hope that I'm not wrong about that. Currently, I am most looking forward to going to Peru. It is going to be AMAZING! I cannot wait. That's really all I can say about it. I'm also excited, in a worldly way, that we finally got DVR and Netflix. That pretty much made my last two weeks.
